Branch Coordinator

As a Branch Coordinator at IBP, you are the heartbeat of our branch, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day starts with reviewing emails and messages to prioritize tasks and respond to inquiries from both internal teams and clients.

You work closely with the sales team to process orders, provide updates, and ensure client requests are met. You also support the service team by scheduling service calls, ordering parts, and maintaining service records. You serve as the main point of contact for the branch, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Throughout the day, you use your organizational skills to keep track of branch activities, including order processing, seamless customer communications, and service schedules. You also work closely with the branch operations manager to ensure that all branch operations are in line with company policies and procedures.

Your role as a Branch Coordinator at IBP requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
