As a PowerCare Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ battery and charger fleets. Your day starts with reviewing the day's schedule and gathering the necessary tools and equipment for battery and charger maintenance, repairs, and installations. 

You begin by inspecting batteries and chargers for signs of damage or wear, testing their voltage and capacity, and performing routine maintenance such as cleaning terminals and checking for leaks. You use specialized equipment and tools to diagnose and troubleshoot battery and charger issues, and you work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on battery and charger care and maintenance.

Throughout the day, you may visit multiple client sites to service or repair batteries and chargers or install new equipment. You may also be responsible for installing and maintaining EV chargers, ensuring they are installed correctly and comply with all safety regulations. You document your work accurately, noting any issues or recommendations for future maintenance.

You collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of all tasks and exceptional customer service. Your role as a PowerCare Technician requires a keen attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong customer focus. You take pride in your work and strive to deliver the highest quality service to our clients, ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance.
